Frank, born in Pittsfield, MA where he was raised within a family of professional stylists. In 1986 Frank and his family moved to Daytona Beach, FL where he began his personal pursuit as a stylist and color specialist at The International Academy of Hair Design. After graduating he moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL and apprenticed under Jesse and Flo Briggs of Yellow Strawberry Global Salons on prestigious Los Olos Blvd. Frank joins the Soluna team proudly with his 23 years of professional experience and training.
He specializes in multi dimensional foiling, color application, and Ultress Hair Extensions.
